For legal reasons, i need ip logger on. But i want it off on two forums. Any cheap way against that?
You could try making everyone a moderator of those sections and unclick the Able to View IP option. Never tried it though, so I don't know if it'll work.
No moderation in that section. I think i know what needs to be done, but i only have an understanding of php not the skills.
somewhere i need an if statement, and the Forums ids, and something to exclude them. But i have no idea what that code is or where it is.
AFAIK you can't do this without a plugin (or code edit). Tbh you can search for an IP in posts anyway through the modcp.
I want that to stop though. My point is i want users to express themselves without fear of themselves being exposed. No matter what is said.
Code edit will do nicely though.
