I recently tried the collapsible Welcome Panel MOD created by zaher1988 and now my Welcome Panel looks like this:

yes we i have spoted the error last week, but it was fixed, and informed in my mod list, please check it again and use the new script.
always make sure of the javascript not to have space in between,(it not what causing ur error, but it's aslo a common issue, due to the formated code in the thread over there).
