Yep, Yumi is 100% correct ClamAV is not going to do much. It scans for viruses but this is SHELL Execution which is not a virus but specially coded file which executes commands to the server in order to gain access to the site. Think of this as a SQL Injection but on a much bigger scale with much more damage.
SQL Injection is not a virus but lines of code to trick the system so ClamAV wont do anything, same goes for SHELL Execution just lines of code.
