I'm trying to make a theme and when i add, say a on icon, it doesn't change right away and i hit refresh like 3 times and after like 10 mins or past 10 mins, it refreshes, i tried this in 3 different browsers and it don't refresh right away.
ya, i tried that and still doesn't, i don't know, what's going on, but i forgot to mention, i was just refreshing fine now it don't.
I've done that many times, i'm using firefox, im very sure i uploaded the images to the right folder and everything.
Ugh, it happens to me so much. I just close all the windows and wait a couple of minutes.
Ctrl + Shift + Refresh does it for me.

Use that because on some browsers its Ctrl and some it's shift so that covers all bases
Type the icons url into your browser and F5 refresh...now go back to your page and it should be the new image.
