how do I change the appearance of the sub-forums in the category Five Pillars of Islam and Articles of Faith in Islam on the following domain: discussislam.net

I want to make it appear as in the same way as it is with sub-forums on this board.

The categories 'Five Pillars of Islam' and 'Articles of Faith in Islam' the message 'and 3 more.' and 'and 4 more.' respectively. Can you please tell me how to configure it the names and links to all the forums instead.

Also, how can I change the 'black' font color of the word 'Sub-forum'?
