I had it set so that when you goto the url >> http://www.phoenixsupras.mybbnew.com/index.php you HAVE to login or register.

How do I remove this?

I want to have one category and forum visible to everyone, and then you have to be logged in / validated to see the other sections (this is done by forum permissions I realise already).

ACP --> Users & Groups --> Guests --> Forums and Posts (Tab) --> Tick can view board.

If that is ticked then you can just use forums permissions to set what they can and can't do in certain forums.
