I have my site setup locally and the IP address was 192.168.0.101. This has now changed to 192.168.0.102 and for some reason it won't let me back in the site when I try to login. It appears that that cookie never sets. I have changed all instances from 101 to 102 and still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it's doing that it sounds like ./inc/settings.php isn't CHMOD to 666.

Thank you. I edited settings.php and changed the ip address in there and it worked.

Make sure you edit it in the ACP again afterwards or it'll get changed again.
