Im testing MyBB locally with WAMP so you wont be able to view it online .
Im trying to get the header at the top to stretch across the screen.I know CSS but I cant find like a .header id/class in the CSS .

Its the default template , Im gonna make a custom new layout/template etc

Where do I look to make the header fluid~?

Try setting the div's width to 100%, should make it 100% of the browser's width.
