my inbox isn't working properly.
when I try to switch from the index to say anything else, it doesn't switch.
I know it wasn't switching because I had 2 items in my deleted folder and I didn't see them when trying to switch to my trash can.
I'm on the newest release of mybb.
Can you be a bit more specific?

I don't know how to be more specific than I was.
I also reuploaded the pm.php and that didn't help.
When someone sends a PM and say you deleted it, replied back or w/e, it's not switching to the different folders within the PM (indox/sent items/trash can). when you select the folder from the drop down box you want to go to and hit go, it stays in the inbox.

1) Open your FTP Client
2) Login
3) Re-upload the following files. NOTE: Download new files don't upload your old ones.
FILES TO UPLOAD
*usercp.php to your forum ROOT
*usercp2.php to your forum ROOT
*functions_user to /inc/
*user.php to /inc/datahandlers/

it did not work.
I downloaded the mybb software and uploaded the files/overwrote the files you mentioned. I also did that with the pm.php, too.
Is everything CHmodded correctly?

what files should be chmodded to a certain permission? I'll check that.

Is it possible to have a URL and a test account where we can test it out further?
I know how/what chmodding a file does.
I was curious at to what file needed to be chmodded to allow me to switch through my PM box folders.

I sent a PM to that account so you can view it, delete it then try to go to your trash can.
It works fine for me... Which browser are you using?
