I installed the News Bar plugin here:

And it works.

But it says you need to put in a forum ID for it to pull announcements from.

No matter what I've tried, I can't figure out how this numbering system works.

I can get it to show different post titles by sticking different #'s in the News Bar, but I can't make heads or tails of how it is identifying the forum #'s...

I'd like it to show this post title:

or this one:
http://knowledgeresearchforum.org/welcom...m-t-2.html
