As the title says, I don't have photoshop but need to edit a PSD. What other programs can edit PSD's?

GIMP - although I've found it doesn't understand everything that might be inside the PSD.
That's the only one I know off the top of my head though.
I already thought of GIMP, and I was just wondering if anyone else had any other ideas.
If you don't need layers: Irfanview. Can open the PSD and save it in an other image format.

Maybe you also need the Irfanview plugins:

I think Sumo paint can too. not sure...
