Don't you already have a webhost if you've uploaded your files...??
You make a database in your host control panel, you'll need to ask your host how to do it, and what you database details are, if you're unsure.
um well i made databse user/password/name but it still wont work
and i want a good webhost better 1
umm well i need help with install i made a database mysql username/password/name on 000webhost.com but it says this

•Could not connect to the database server at 'localhost' with the supplied username and password. Are you sure the hostname and user details are correct?
Once the above are corrected, continue with the installation.

As I said, there's no way at all for us to know what they are, unless we login to your 000webhost CP, so you'll have to ask them about it.
