The RSS feeds seem to be very slow to update. Is there anyway to increase the speed, so the content is fresher?

AFAIK, the feed page retrieves the latest posts from the database directly. Have you checked your RSS aggregator to see if it is that program that is only checking it once an hour, etc? (Usually there's a setting in the RSS viewer that allows you to say at what interval to recheck the feeds).

I'm using FeedDigest.com to aggregate the feeds. Does anyone know of a faster free service?
