well i need help with some stuff

when u try to login/register it says this:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /arcticpkz.com/member.php on this server.

and also the theme style doesnt turn up got to my forum:

please help me fix it!

I made that theme and i know it works, did you CHMOD the themes folder to 777?

I mean your board URL setting, in the ACP, needs to be http://arcticpkz.freehostia.com

ACP > Configuration > General Configuration > Board URL > put http://arcticpkz.freehostia.com in.

Oh yeah, if you have two different URL's in the ACP, it will cause your theme to look like that.

where do i go to, to look at the url?
