Hi,can i make request to have image thumbnail like this example

This image is not set by admin,but i automatically from user upload picture.

That would be nice for gfx forums or even movies. You can make use of the thread icon feature, but you want users to upload their own pictures right? I'm pretty sure someone can modify the thread icon thing and add the upload feature.
