Hello I transfered my forum from phpbb3 to MyBB and everything went well accept that the passwords couldint be transfered over for some reason. I fixed that problem by telling members just to reset there passwords But the main problem is When ever someone views my forum since they login as a guest it shows that they are banned for some reason. Ive even seen it myself when i logged out and saw this :

Have you tried going to your AdminCP --> Configuration --> Banning --> Lift the ban?
You can also lift it in the ModCP.

Could you go to your PHPMyAdmin --> Your forum database --> mybb_banned --> does that contain any rows?

Erm. no need to do that. I found out the problem. The group was set to banned. lol

Passwords will be fine if you use the loginconvert.php plugin, that's why it's there.
