Can you put a Picture before the username.
Like this:

You can put HTML for an image in the username style setting of the usergroup settings.

How? Can you please tell the code?
And where to?

ACP > Users & Groups > **choose group** > Username Style > put this at the start:

<img src="URL to image" alt="" />

Change 'URL to image' to the URL of the image you want to use.
