A site I'm working on has a banner 951px in width. Is there a way to adjust it so that, when the width of the browser is less than that, instead of going past the border, the border cuts into it (so that way no horizontal scroll bar appears)? I hope I described that right.
There was a more complex thing I was wanting to do as well. How would I turn this into this? Sorry for the bad quality, I put it together really quick.
I'm asking because I've been trying to get it to work for several hours to no avail.
