i changed my portal to portal.php and Index to "foros.php"

everything is working fine
but when My members are in
"http://www.beatdj.net/foros.php#shoutbox"
online.php says this:
Unknown Location
"http://www.beatdj.net/foros.php?"

how can i remove that "?"
