I have the "Download Attachments" unchecked for guests yet when I'm not logged in, I can still click and view photos. Am I missing something? I'm on the latest version.

If the photos are posted as [img] links,then anyone will be able to view them. Are you sure they are added as forum attachments?

Yes, they are uploaded attachments

In the forum permissions (AdminCP) click "Set Permissions" beside Guests. Then choose the radio button "Use custom permissions (below)" and untick Can Download Attachments.

Does that fix the problem?
