Just Converted from Vbuliten to mybb.

Some users are having permission problems when creating threads... other are not. The permissions ARE properly set in mybb. Forum moderators can create threads in staff areas but not in general areas. They can also moderate and reply to any thread in any area.

Any solutions?

Check the advanced permissions, MyBB has some permission bugs that need fixing but until then you can manually fix them by going into the advanced permission settings.
