Your forum has way too many forums in it. And it revolves around too many things. By the way, how much forums have you had, oh and nobody will join with that theme and with no proper Domain.

The first thing you should do is get a proper Domain.

Yes a TLD (top level domain such as .com or .net) will cost money. Usually about $10 USD. Your site will be majorly disadvantaged if you don't get one.

Go to name.com and buy one.
