run this in your phpmyadmin, make sure you put in your user ID.

Not the admincp, your cpanel, when you get a host you have access to a cpanel, if they sent you an email all of that information should be in it.
ok but my host cpanel doesnt have phpmyadmin
All cpanels have it, what host do you have?
Make sure you have your user ID or else it won't work
