Full Version: [B] Saving template WIPES HALF

I've been attempting to save a template but every time I do, it wipes half of the HTML. I have no idea why it has just started doing it. I can't view the php page since the page doesn't close the body and html tags.

??????
Now it is saving properly...

I had about 113 lines of HTML for the template and it cut back to around 53.
Try turning off Codepress. This has been an issue with a few people experiencing the same problem.

As a 3rd party software, we can't provide any fixes for it.
I always turn off CodePress, it has some serious bugs in my opinion. Isn't there anything better than CodePress?
If we knew of something better then codepress, don't you think we would have used it?
I didn't talk using the past, did I? If by 1.4.0 you didn't know of anything better and in 1.4.1 (for example) you knew, you wouldn't switch I guess. But if there is now, you can use that one in 1.6 but looks like you don't know of anything better. I'll do some research

I had to delete the old post and create a new one, otherwise no one would notice my edit.
I found 2 other editors that have good comments:

I don't have codepress installed.

Yes you do - It comes with MyBB. Go to ACP -> Preferences and turn it off. If it's turned off, then it must be another problem (most likely your browser). If there was a problem with templates, hundreds of people would have told us by now... Toungue
I'm guessing it is a one-time thing, since it isn't happening to me at all now.
