I am allowed only 2GB Storage and Archive mode is making my storage grow more with posts.

Please tell me how to disable it.

You can simply delete the /archive/ folder.

Actually the archive files take up less than 0.5MB and the archive script takes the data from the database directly (same with the full-forum view). It doesn't generate extra files to take up disk space since it shares the same data tables as the forum view. So you'll only be gaining the amount of space taken by the archive script (0.5MB)
