Guys i have a forum [ http://e4cforum.in/E4C/Upload/ ] (1.29 Version) on 110mb.com [ http://www.110mb.com/forum/admin-help-ne...200.0.html ] and it was working fine till yesterday.
But from today onwards i am unable to see the index page but able to see the admin index page.

What should i do ?
Should i upgrade

Yes. The 1.2 series is not supported anymore.

I have upgraded to 1.48 still the site is not accessible.

Try disabling Gzip compression in your AdminCP --> Configuration --> Server Optimization Settings.
