So I've sent a mass mailing, but members are getting it up to 10 times (the same mass mailing). How do I change this so each member received 1 copy of it?

Do any of them have a comma (,) in their names?? They should only get it once if you've only sent it once...

what do i put for "mailings per page?" (what number)?

I think it's 100 by default which should be fine.

mine is 50 by default.

I jsut sent the email again to "registered" users only and I"ve gotten it 3 times now. I'm sure others have as well.

Now they aren't sending at all Ive tried 3 different times to send a mass mailing and its just not sending to anyone. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Have you try to only send 5 per page?
