I'm trying to figure out how to make a pop-up appear with a link to a "welcome page" for first time visitors to my website. I don't mind the use of cookies. I just don't know how to do this. Somebody please help.

I need this for my /index.php page at http://www.thereview.oxyhost.com/index.php

It can be similar to a PM notification I suppose.

Add a popup to your Guest index templates. Go to themes and templates. Then templates. Go to indexs and find the one that says guest (not in a forum right now sorry) Then find a code to your liking
