Hi all i wonder if you can help me one of my users has been banned by the Akismet system but i do not know whay his posts are not spam?
Akismet can ban users for other reasons too, for example if they used a proxy or different IP addresses to login in a short period of time.
Askimet should generally only be used in large boards which gets lots of spam. If you haven't really got any then I would recommend you disable it....
False positives, thinks it's spam when it's not. As Polar said, it should only really be used if you're already getting loads of spam, not to stop it even starting.
Improve Akismet by submitting the user's posts as ham.
