How would I move the "Latest Chicago Bulls News" To The Center and the other blocks to the left and right respectively?

I'm confused with myBB portal, it is very hard, unlike other forum software, but myBB features and plugins are the best imo.

There is a tuts somewhere on customizing the portal, if you search around one of the many, i'm sure you could find it.
