http://mybboard.com/version_check.php needs to be updated! For those users who are running PR2 or less, it should display something like 'Upgrade to MyBB 1.0 Today!', and for 1.0 users it should say 'Up-To-Date', or something likewise Smile

well no , i think this is something was missed to be removed!
coz that security patch is already in mybb 1.0

It's for the users who are still using the oldest PR2 (which they shouldn't be anyway). And I don't think there's a way to retrieve certain news for 1.0 boards, and another set for PR2 at the moment, but I think it's a good idea.
