So, big deal. It is a nice addon to mybb, be a plugin or a template edit.

But a template mod is NOT a real plugin. It does nothing unless you activate or deactivate it.

I got this idea from a vB forum where I was super mod and get IP's of members right from the postbit

@ querschlaeger: It save your time, by rather to go in moderation.php page, OR through your modcp.php and search the user's IP. You can view it right from the postbit. I have installed it on my forum, and it took me really easy to get the IP.

Hm, but it is just a simple template edit, nothing more nothing less...

Replace the template postbit_iplogged_hiden with the following content does exactly what your "plugin" does:

<p class="smalltext"><img src="{$theme['imgdir']}/minion.gif" alt="{$lang->postbit_ipaddress} {$post['ipaddress']}" title="{$lang->postbit_ipaddress} {$post['ipaddress']}"></p>

You can take an image you want. Just for example I used minion.gif...

So, your "plugin" is NOT a plugin!

You missed some code which my plugin have.

In future, I have plans to add settings for this also to hide IP from some Moderators User IDs.

@querschlaeger, I have never seeing you making a positive comment or post in the Release thread. You always seem unsatisfied and full of critics and giving advices that this plugin should have this option or that option etc. I mean if you don''t like a plugin, then don''t use it. But please refrain from dishing out all this negative stuff. It is so annoying. If you want perfection, start from your own plugins and only then you can chritisize other plugin authors.
