I'm seeking for a mod that make posts from RSS feed. I found in your site "RSS To Post" but it have 2 problems:
1) it works only with mybb RSS feed, but not with VB forum RSS feed.
2) it also don't convert HTML to BBCode, so I have to allow HTML. but I can't allow html for every body! that is risky. So, I need to allow it just for admin, is that possible?

is there another mod than "RSS to post" that do what I want?

yes it can be done modify permission in Group and user via ACP

Could you please explain how to do it? I didn't found any option like that in "User And Group" section!

No it can't.... allowing HTML is on a per-forum basis, there's plugins on MyBB Central and MyBB Source to allow it for specific groups.
