HOW CAN I REMOVE THE Registration Agreement PAGE FROM REGISTRATION?
I MEAN WHEN THE VISITOR CLICK (REGISTER) HE WILL REDIRECTED TO REGISTRATION PAGE WITHOUT PASS THROUGHT Registration Agreement

In short, no. At least, I wouldn't recommend it. You'd be open to a lot of legal loopholes if you don't get them to agree to something when they register (such as you not accepting responsibility for user's comments, or providing a set of rules).

Well if you really want you can always edit the script if you know some basic HTML and PHP. But as Tomm M said I would not recommend it at all!

And also, there's no need to post in all capitals, it's harder to read fluently.
