Where can I find my files for ACP=>SETTINGS=>BOARD SETTINGS It appears when I was deleting some files those files would not delete so where on my server can I find those settings.

If I get you right I believe you want to delete/edit some Board Settings? And if so those settings are stored in the MyBB Database.

Or you can just go to ACP > Configuration > Modify Settings and delete them there. Make sure you don't delete any default settings.
