Dear Mybb Support Team.

I Just want to know why i'm getting a blank page after i edit something at forum management, for example after i click save forum permissions then i get blank page.

nope, i dont have any mod_security installed

Not you, your host, its an addon to your account.

Contact your host and ask them about mod_security. Also if they do have it ask them if it's added to the "whitelist".

I remember they had to add something to the whitelist to make my admin panel work correctly.
