Most free host provide subdomains. I use 000webhost.com.
Yea I know. All of them do. But I think domain looks ugly with subdomains.

You didn't make the host, you just signed up for one... you should have somewhere now to upload the files, and then you'll need to try and get a backup of your current froum, if you can't make it yourself in your ACP.
Where can I upload the files then?
