I don't know how many time this thread had came out but I had trouble installing it. Ok I'am sure that I had install all necessary plugin and stuff on the correct direction, but somehow i my shoutbox still don't load even a template weren't available.....so after I go through the installation process this made my headache.....on the tutorial it suggest that


4a. Edit the template 'index' (under "Index Page Templates" template group), find:

1.so my question is what 'direction' is this template 'index' ---> plz it would be a nice this can be elaborate more

2. my second problem is that inside the plugin folder there are three files. one i had uploaded but the two what uses are they?
a)tpl_sf_sboxfull and b)tpl_sf_shoutbox

Sorry still a newbie in forum setting up...Hope u can help me with this

1. ACP>Templates & Style>Templates>your theme>Index Page Templates>index.
2. You have to upload all three files. Make sure you also uploaded everything else in the package.
