I want to edit this PSD but I dont know how to use photoshop for the Transparency Sad

Can u edit it, just want to change the letters to El Foro Cristiano and remove the ninja star Toungue

Yes, but the letters a little more big Toungue

And have the same problem with the other, the image appears without transparency.

But the problem is the logo looks with a white background instead the transparency, how can I fix it?

Save as a .png?

Use the Magic Eraser tool in Photoshop on the white background. Then clean off all the jagged edges.
