I want to know about affiliate. what is affiliate? How it works? And how to get affiliates?

It's a friendship or relationship with another similar site to yours. For example, a forum on cars may have affiliations with other car forums, and they all put links to eachothers' forums on their forum.

So is that help to grow your website?
Can I request here to share affiliates? I have Tech & Game related forum.

It's a partnership. Many sites affiliate with each other to gain publicity or to display partnership to the websites' users. Simply ask the owner of a website if he/she would like to affiliate with your website; if they say yes, then you guys can switch affiliate buttons with one another and add them on the corresponding website (affiliate buttons are usually 88x31 pixels.) Use this code for an affiliate button:

This its a very nice advertising way don't get mager hits but gets views. :]
