It depends on how well it performs in testing really. So far, I'm impressed, and everyone seems to like the changes. So, fingers crossed...!

I actually think that no ranking system should be made since everyone who has made plugins has served a purpose to each and every one of us. Everyone has their needs, plugin wise, and they will search for the plugin author that satisfies them.
