It's okay. The stripes are conflicting and the New Thread and New Reply button icons look blurry. Try not to stretch an icon past it's maximum size. You did, however, improve on the size of the on/off icons.

Also, why do you favor that kind of postbit? It forces the user to use the older postbit even if they prefer the new one.
Thanks, I'll keep that in mind, also, the postbit, in my opinion, is cleaner.
