The minimum copyright is the following:

Powered By <a href="http://www.mybboard.com" target="_blank">MyBB</a> <br />
Copyright &copy; 2005 <strong><a href="http://www.mybboard.com" target="_blank">MyBB Group</a></strong>

I have contacted the owner of that board about this issue. Next time, please PM such things to a member of the forum team (preferable Chris, DennisTT, MusicalMidget or me). Topic closed.
