I got myself a new domain today and wanted to transfer everything over to the new server. Before doing so I backed the mySQL databases using the cPanel and downloaded the file. I then proceeded to use my web FTP client to move it all over to the new server. Everything got moved over fine as far as I can tell, and the main part of the site is fine. However when I try and use the forum I'm getting this error:

OK, really sorry about messing you guys around. Fixed that now by editing the config.php, but I now can't sign in (users haven't been able to either). I type in my details, and press enter and it says signed in returning to where you came from. It then goes back and says I'm not looged in.
