Open a ticket with your hosting company and tell them about this, they will fix it.

You should really read the 'error message'. It tells a lot about what's wrong. But, like the post above, you should check with your hosting company. What hosting company do you use? Is the crash worth it to fix it? As in, is the forum complete already?

If you tick the box next to the sessions table, scroll down a bit, and you'll see a drop down menu, should be an option to repair.

Pretty easy to fix actually. Probably shouldn't have posted this but oh well
