WARNING: NOOB Question 
the question:
lets say for example..i create a mybb plugin which displays the NASA website in an iframe...i have created the php file in "inc/plugins" which will add the global template( which contains the html code) to mybb once the plugin is activated....once the global template has been added, how do i create a file which will actually display the global template?
