Isn't even really support for MyBB, moved to code modifications.

Yes it will be easy, if you use a iframe to include your chat portion into your page.

but where do I get my chatbox?

If you include it in the iFrame, you can choose any chat application you want.

If you have cPanel, there is already 2 available for your account.

yes I do have cpanel what are theses 2 called I can't find them?

One is called "Chatroom", the second one is "phpMyChat" they are in the cPanel main page and the second one is also available in the "Scripts Library".

This is the kind of support we give at WWWHostingServer, we often install these applications for our customers...

P.S. First Chat is quite basic, the second one is more advanced.
