Hi sir

I just submitted my sitemap to google but i get this error:




Please tell me what should i do...How can i change the www prefix of my site...

This isn't support for MyBB, moved to Chit-Chat.

Go to Site configuration > Settings > Preferred domain > try changing that setting.

If your sitemap is http://domain.tld/sitemap.xml, all the links it contains must start with http://domain.tld/ too, because a Sitemap must not point to external sites. Technically http://www.domain.tld/ is a different site, so the Sitemap from the non-www URL must not point there.

If the URL is supposed to contain www., you should remove that sitemap and submit one for http://www.domain.tld instead, i.e. submit http://www.domain.tld/sitemap.xml instead of http://domain.tld/sitemap.xml

You shouldn't mix www and non-www in general because it causes problems. Stick to one, redirect the other.
