hey , each time i try to edit a topic using quickedit
i wait ( loading ) then the loading disappear and nothing appear to edit the text

More than likely, it is your browser/internet connection then. Try the different browsers, and compare the results.

I have this problem at work, doesn't seem to load it if the page has been open for a while, click the button shortly after the page loads and it should work.
