I have just downloaded the forum, unzipped and FTP over all the files, however the uploads folder which contains the folder avatar just seems to have an HTML file in and as such errors are reported when trying to change CMOD permissions, is there supposed to be any other files in the download?
I am just getting 550 error message each time, and even ,my hosting company does not know why it refuses to do this.
I cannot run the install program fully as it shows that the folder and files are not writable.
Any help would be welcome
